Thanks for the advice. Considering that I've now asked them 4 times if the trim they supply is plastic or metal & he's done his utmost to avoid the question, I doubt I'll be using him... He's not being honest & upfront in his communication with me......

Anyone have a part number of the Autozone trim part or possibly better identify it?

Seems like whenever I go in there I get the: "What car, what model, engine size....". If I pull it out and have them look at it, I get the "What did that come off of?", "sorry, we have alot of stock and I need to pull it off the computer...."

Any help would be appreciated.

A lot of old hondas used that trim. Maybe not the exact same shape but same material. I know I have some up top of my shop. I'll try and see if it's the same size as dream trim and long enough. If so I'll let you all know.
