cosmetic make-over.
no grinding cutting or modifications of any kind.
it can be returned to a standard CL should i choose to-
i like it better this way though.
(makes me long for my x-"emo" CB77...

I have mixed emotions about the bike, Mookie. I like the way you routed the cable around the speedo. Nice detail. Also like the flat track tank. But not crazy about the cafe/road race seat with the flat track tank. Personally, I would have continued the flat track theme with tail section and flat track bars. But each to his own.

Is that a metal tank? Picture makes it look like there is a dent in the left side. But most if not all FT tanks are fiberglass. Did you make that tank or is it a metal FT tank?

I think you did a great job on the overall detail of the bike. Looks very "finished", which is key to a good build. I also like the part that you can return it to stock if you choose. Should be a hoot to ride.

Nice work.

Mookie

Nice variation on a theme. Is that a TL125 tank?. I like the black wheel rims and that little fin on the seat.

Enjoy!
