I took it to a swapmeet right after picking it up and a couple old timers picked it right out of the crowd. One climbed up and looked it over real good. He said its an "early" model, pointing out the fork mounted speedometer bezel, painted forks, throttle grip pattern and lower muffler mounts. The motor turns over nicely with compression in both cylinders. Looks fairly complete other than sheet metal and seat and all the chrome is pretty rough. Tank is red under the black paint. The rear fender is silver. The red frame looks to be original.

Scott didn't mention it but the engine has the 10 mm sparkplugs. I also took a peak at it at the swapmeet.

Numbers do relate to a 62.
Sure would like a pic of the rear seat mount. ..............lm

LM- I should be able to get a pic of the rear seat mount later today. Anything particular that you're looking for? I'll take a couple close-ups.
