Sorry Superchicken.

It's a lightened CB72 crank with a shortened shaft where the alternator used to sit.

That crank has Race Kit CYB big end cages with 20 single rollers and not the usual 11 pairs. Each roller was inspected and the ends chamfered to suit the cages.

What made you suspect it was Dream crank? I though they were interchangeable and had the same ends.

What I noticed is the 360 firing, pulse coils straight across from each other.

It is not driven by the cam.

As Mr Spooge correctly noticed, the crank is 180 degree so it needs two pickups 180 degrees apart, or two trigger magnets and one pickup generating lots wasted sparks. This way it fires once per cylinder per revolution.

2 coils diametrically opposed = 180 degree crank.

OH, now I get it! Instead of having points located to work at cam speed, that is the same as having the pickups on the crankshaft, every half a revolution.

I like to think of it as having the ignition set at crank speed versus half speed at the cam, but yes, that's it.

I sort of wonder if all parts are in proper maintenance and ya want to ride for the less $$$ if a crank ignition is actually worth the cost and maintenance. (even racing)
Even today a electronic cam fired system is available so why a crank system?
I say this as HONDA issued/made SO MANY engines during the 60's with cam located points and ya could run the devil out of that engine.
BTW I've had many folks express their disaffection of the cost of the electronic systems we can get today. ???????????????
Just a question as to what $$$ ya spend and what Performance Difference ya get for the $$$. ............lm
