Bike Revvs high with clutch in

Hello,
After i cleaned the carbs and put them back on ive been experiencing a new problem. When I pull the clutch in the engine revvs high,around 4000rpms. Whats going on here? Thanks,

Check the throttle cable routing. .............lm

Thanks! How do you sync these carbs? Is it simply adjusting the throttle stop screw so both slides rest at the same level?

Thanks. I had forgot to put in the spring in the throttle stop screw, and as i would run the bike the screw would get sucked in to the carbs making the idle go way up. OOOOPS
