Hi,

Well, the very early winkers where similar to the CB92 winker setup, so ithat could be the case. Do these winkers have a extra "window" on the top ?

I have a few CB72 1961 engine's, what is your frame number ?
I will only part from the cases, and if possible get some cases in return, from a CB72 '62 perhaps ?

Jensen and others. i am helping a firend restore a Japanese domestic model 1962 CL72. The origional harness is intact, with a 1962 tag on it. There are no provisions for turn signal wires in the harness. It was our belief that all JDMs had turn signals? We have all of the bits to add winkers, except for the flasher unit, and the front mounts. We have a couple sets of the front mounts, but they have a 10mm thread, and the early CL72 uses an 8mm thread. Does anyone have front mounts with an 8mm thread? Is ther such a thing?

Hi Dave,

The CL72 / CL77 was never imported officially here, and the CL72 / CL77 I've seen around here are all imported from the US, no winkers attached on the CL's I've seen. I'm afraid I can't help you out.

I can look if I have any 8 mm stays, but I don't give it much chance,

Davebro', I have chromed M8 stays on mine; AM but subtle (browse my posted pics). I'd be happy to swap them for your M10s if they're in good nick.

Jensen, good to see you back here!

Hi,

Does anyone have a picture of a CL72 / 77 with winkers attached to it ?
I'm curious what kind of winkers that should be, as mentioned earlier, I never saw any picture nor a CL72 / CL77 in real life with standard winkers attached.
