Correction on my post,I meant 3.25X16 not 18". 18's would be a little loose on the rims!!!!

i assume they are black wall? not white wall for this price correct?

Yes they are blackwall tires. I installed a set on my CA77 Dream today.Tubes and rim strips are available at most any shop.
