Another CL77 makes it across the pond

Post by G-Man » Tue Feb 16, 2010 1:38 am

Here is my 'new' CL77 project which I found at a dealer in North Wales. This one was loaded up last Summer in Delaware, I'm told. Dig that groovy green color. Someone went to a lot of trouble with a green seat cover.

Frame num CL77 1042579. I cannot yet make out all of the engine number but it begins CL77E 104xxxx

Apart from the fenders, speedo (smashed glass) and headlamp (also smashed) it looks remarkably complete. Tank (without seam) looks to be from an earlier bike and read fender and fender support have been tastefully modified.

More fun......

CL77 Bikes/Parts

I shipped one in November to a person in Italy. Shipping company was a horror show in action to say the least. Most of them wouldn't even answer inquiries about shipping. Company was out of Florida. Name presently escapes me. Due to age, seems a lot of that is happening to me now a days LOL. Charlie
