If in good shape the rear fender is worth a couple of $$$$. .....lm

I bought a 65, CL77 with small hubs and it had aluminum fenders. I always thought it was correct. LM,was I wrong?

FRAME: CL77-1012672
ENGINE: CL77E-1012666

Thanks!

In the many years I've been involved with the CL72/77 HONDA'S I've never seen a CL77 which had CL72 ALUMINUM fenders issued by HONDA.
I've seen several with them installed later (know a feller in AUSTIN) by the owner and usually just the rear. .............lm

So there are CL77 aluminum fenders that are different than CL72 aluminum fenders, as well as CL77 steel fenders? The seller told me the fact it had an aluminum fender was period-correct, and the CL77 later went to a steel fender.
