I believe this handlebar is for C & CA72s/77s/78s

I think the seller has his wires crossed; CBs never had a handlebar with a reduced diameter at the throttle!

There are (at least) two different bars for the CA77's:
early type with conventional (wrap around) throttle contol..it has a raised notch to set the bars in the holder...and
late type .....no raised notch, and has slot cut in the right hand grip side for the recessed sliding throttle control mechanism. The late type also has a hole cut in the bar to allow the throttle cable to exit the right side of the bar.
You will want to get the correct one if you want to retain the existing throttle cable set-up.
I have yet to find anyone with a new OEM Honda "late" handlebar available.
I have seen some used occasionally on e-bay.
Part #'s: Early....53100-281-000
Late....53100-272-000...(superceded to 531-272-335)

William

How about these? Clearly not BSA or Triumph with that slot for the throttle.

This appears to be the correct bar.
