CA95 Benly smoking and fouling plugs

I'm in need of some basic info about my 1964 CA95 150 before I tear the whole motor down.

My bike is fouling plugs in the first mile or two of running and when it does run, it's smoking pretty well (light blueish).

I've already done the marvel oil thing to try and unfreeze a possible stuck ring(s), it didn't help.

My thoughts now are that it's valve related. Do these have replaceable rubber valve seals?

What other things should I be looking for?

Nope, no valve seals.

I would try a leakdown test if you have the equipment.

I have had a couple of these tore down. Both the valves or the rings could be at fault. I have a pdf manual available that I could send you. LARGE file though.

Also, what oil should I be using in this? And what psi should a compression test show for a good motor?

Not sure on psi for cylinders and a compression test. I like to do a leakdown and that pretty much lets you know if there is a problem and where it is. I shoot for something better than 90% I guess. If I set the pressure to 100 psi and the engine maintains 90 psi or more it should be a runner. If its leaking you can usually listen to or feel where the air is coming out. Remember this has to be done at TDC and make sure to hold it at TDC or the engine might start turning over. Link to manual will be sent.

try using " tune up". you can find it at a marine supply store. it is designed to free up rings on outboard motors but works well on all combustion engines.
