Post by cbxmountainman » Wed Nov 11, 2009 7:42 am

Could someone please send me a pic of a CB72/77 petcock that has the feed from the crossover pipe? trying to help a fellow 305er out in UK with one and want to make sure I have the one he needs. Thanks a bunch for any/all help. Charlie AKACBXMOUNTAINMAN

Thanks a whole bunch. I have one for him that is exactly that. I also have a couple of the other type also at least I think they're CB72/77. Charlie

CA77 Petcock Rebuild

Post by splitpile » Tue Nov 17, 2009 11:34 am

Can anyone tell me please how to remove the round disk-like fuelcock plate from the pump body? Does it "pry out"? Also there looks like a tiny rubber plug on the plate also to remove? Any tips would be appreciated.

Splitpile,
First let me say welcome to the forum, and now I'll suggest you might get more response if you start a separate thread on this subject and be a bit more specific with details. Don't be shy, we all started somewhere ya know. Pics are also very helpfull. RW
