Need a CB160 front fender

I am looking for a used stock CB160 front fender. Condition is not terribly
important, but would prefer one that was not run over by a truck or trampled by
a herd of bison. Thanks, Randall (LA area)

Randall, Check out Ebay item 190339647302. It's chrome and got a good price. Anybody else who could use an aftermarket fender, check it out, he has multiples. Rob

Thanks, but those chrome aftermarket items do not have the correct mounting brackets.

Does the cb160 bolt on directly to the cb77 forks? If not, what needs to be modified for it to fit?

You can make it work by drilling new holes in the fender bracket, but a more elegant solution is to remove your fork lowers, cut/grind/file off the fender mounting points to a smooth finish, then attach new cylindrical mounting points a la the CB160 forks. Use silver solder to attach so you don't warp the fork lowers. Powdercoat and you are ready to go. Make sure the new fender mounting bolts you use are sufficiently short (10mm) that they don't cause dimples inside the lowers.
