Piston size is it written on top or side ??Piston size is it written on top or side ??Hi <br /> fellow dreamers !! I going to pull my head off tonight while I have the motor already out . I want to put a new chain in while it's out & just have a look in the bores . Maybe wack a set of rings in it if needed etc etc. Can one of you Guy's please tell me where the size is written as I might not have to pull the bores all the way off to read the size depending where it is written I'm hoping it's on top ? Is the sizing easy to identify by there number system .<br /> All the best Peter
Re: Piston size is it written on top or side ??It is on top. No numbers is STANDARD, 25 is first 50 is second 75 is third and 1.00 is forth (last Honda). .............LM

It has no numbers on the top of the piston , But on the side of the piston it says c77 . So it looks standard bore. It has had new rings recently as the bores still have vivid honing marks .<br /> Thank you once again for your info / Peter
