rubber gasket on front wheel

I just took my front wheel off to paint the bike and I found a broken and rotted rubber seal, don't remember if it was under the speedo attachment or the other side but it is about a 3 inch ring. Does anyone know where I can get one of these, I don't think it was an o-ring. Thanks , Terry

I have a 66 Dream and this seal goes around the outside of the speedometer assembly on the front wheel, I guess it keeps water out of this area.

I wondered which bike cause the Dream has a thin rubber seal at the fender and forks. ................LM
