I'm not trying to be hard on him.Sorry if it came off that way.I'm grateful he is providing these at he low cost.He said he would exchange it, he will be back in July which is no big deal.I will live.Joe

I take your point, me ol' mate. But it would be sad if he decided to not have any more made because he felt he couldn't support warranty issues; others here would miss out, cash in, etc.. Then those greedybay Asian sellers would start hiking-up the price of theirs.

Hi. Thanks for responding. Both numbers are correct. Would the local Honda dealership be able to trace them?

e3steve wrote:hey Jeff, nice looking machine! A proper C (CA really, with that handlebar) with turn signals / winkers. Takes me back to my CA95! Seems you have a C or CA78 with an earlier C77 motor transplant.

Get yourself a nice pair of "Honda Dream 300" tank emblems from Ray Byrne: http://www.honda305.com/forums/viewtopi ... c&start=10

G'luck; keep posting!

Steve

EDIT: probably a Canadian market model, with the winkies.
Thanks Steve. I have some accessories that came with the bike including these beautiful enameled steel Honda badges. I take it that they are not correct to the bike? Image, Image.

They are correct.Honda issued those because the originals made of plastic warped and cracked from the weather.
