CL77 early rear wheel parts

For an early, small brake Rear Wheel with the 17mm axle I need

1. Spacer that is inside the wheel and is part # 42313-273-010. Goes against the collar that goes through the bearing in the sprocket flange and on the other side goes up against the spacer with the 3 metal tangs on each end.

2. An axle nut for the 17mm axle. #90306-273-000

3. 1 of the 4 wierd bolts that attach the sprocket to the sprocket flange. #90128-273-000

4. Chain adjuster for the 17mm axle. I think the one I need should have a slot for the axle, but one with a round hole might work, too. I don't think the Honda parts manual identifies this correctly and I am not sure of the actual part number.

5. 1 outside spoke and nut. #97506-621641 My rim and other spokes are in great shape.

Appreciate any help anyone can give.
