sdWelcome Lopter. You will need to cut off that old hard fuel line with a knife and replace with new. There is a crossover fuel line that runs from left side of tank to right side that lets fuel level balance from both sides. If any fuel is in the tank it will spill out these lines when you remove them so be aware of this. Use soap pads and water such as SOS or Brillo pads to remove surface rust.The soap and water will lubricate the chrome so as not to scrach it up and will remove surface rust very well. As for a battery,look at the number on your old one and If memory serves me right it should be 12N9-3A. Check old messages on the forum for correct number but I think this the right one for a CA77 Dream. Most any battery house or bike shop can get this battery for you. Buck
