i have absolutely no info to help you at all, and i'm sorry, but i did want to tell you that i'm extremely jealous of you. I've wanted one of those for a while now.

Contact Tim McDowell at Classic Honda Restoration ( www.classichondarestoration.com ). He has at at least two Black Bombers that I know of, plus parts and lots of knowledge. I'm sure he can help you.

Congrats on your purchase of the fine machine! I too just bought an original, running 66 CB450 for $700, and man, what a machine it is! I just received some parts from Tim, so he is an excellent source for parts. You can get quality seat covers on ebay from Gumtwo out of Canada.
