Alternative ignition coil for 305 Dream

Hello

Did a search and couln't find anything on this. I'm having a hard time finding an ignition coil

Has anyone rigged up other make/model coils for these bikes. What is the potential danger??

GO ON THE NET TO OHIO CYCLE THEY HAVE THEM THERE,STILL HAVE THE BIKE IF I CANT SELL NO BIG DEAL WINTER PROJECT TRY OHIO CYCLE FOR A USED TANK THEY SELL THEM TO NOT SURE HOW MUCH HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Sometime someone replaced the original coil on my dream with a dual output coil from an Onan engine. It works fine. I think most any dual output coil will work for you and there is a little wiggle room under the cover so finding one that will fit should be no problem.

FYI I found a new coil from http://www.classiccycleparts.com/ I haven't put it on yet but it looks like it will work.

They're in Ohio, might be the same one Randy mentioned.
