I think then cheng shin tubes will be fine. Might as well get some new rim strips as well for !.99 each.

i found the tires cheaper at bike bandit so i may be able to pricematch 24.11 and 20.67 but they dont have them in stock. please let me know about the tubes, i want to get these ordered. thanks a bunch for the quick replies!
