production numbers?

Post by highsider » Wed Aug 20, 2008 9:55 am

I'm new...first post so go easy on me. Any site that has production numbers for the various Honda models? (I bought Silver's books but they haven't come yet so don't know if that info is in them). Everyone seems to be into the 305 superhawk....no 250's?

Well the price difference in the two has never been very much. Say i want to buy a nice cb72... i'd be looking to pay 3-4k for one that was in fair condition and ran well. and for a cb77, about the same. Might as well pick up the extra 56 cc's, in my opinion.

I wanted something smaller for the little lady, so i picked up a cb160 to fill that role. :/
a lot of people like the cb72's though, we shouldnt' throw any blanket statments ruling them out.

This is a scan from P4 of Bill's book. It's all available also on his CD, which is an invaluable reference for any enthusiast. There's no copyright within these pages (I have read it cover to cover) but, with respect to The Man, this is all I'm prepared to reproduce FYI.
