You are more than welcome for your comment and I can/will assure you that I HAVE HAD MANY OF THE CB77 bikes in hand or observed pics over the years and I have yet to see a not/never/touched/painted/restored CB77 which didn't have the SILVER TL bracket. So I have stated and again I state that I have seen pics of some but I know the bikes I've seen/had and how they were when HONDA crated them and shipped them to the WORLD. Careful we don't confuse the CB77 bike parts colors with the CB77 bikes. ..........lm I meant CB72 bikes. ...............lm

I may not be completely convinced that Honda didn't ship some black ones, but I think silver actually looks better. I didn't ask for them, but I want to say 'thanks' for posting those pictures.

Hello fellow Okie!
I live in Broken Arrow and love the CB77's, do you happen to know of any decent CB77s for sale, nearby? Thank you.

taillight

My 66 has the black taillight bracket. It does not appear to be painted.

Very, VERY nice job so far, okie. Be proud of that hard work!

BTW, Euro models didn't have alloy fork legs until '67, same as US.

And the 102618 engine in the Barber Museum model was early '64-produced.
