Low rise handlebars for Dream

Post by bj » Sun Jul 20, 2008 10:19 pm

I am looking for some lower, more straight handlebars for my CA77. Anyone have any recommendations? The stock bars are 7/8ths, correct?

I realize I will probally have to get a different throttle setup, perhaps a superhawk's.

Thanks,

Bryan

I mounted some bars from a CB400 SS on my CB160. The diameter is correct. If you are patient, and handy with a dremel I bet you could make a throttle slot.

If you go with a lower rise handlebar, the stock sizes should fit. At least they won't be too short. I think it will be possible to tuck the extra cable length away. At any rate, I'll find out when I give it a try.
