The tires on my CB77 are, cheng ching, front, the metzler copy of a ME33. the size is 80/100-18. 90/90-18 would have been better size as 80 is pretty small.. On the back I'm running a used front tire from another bike, BT45 H 100/90-18, which is a good size, and shows no problem being driven. my bike has been on non-op since 2001, and for sure I'm replacing them when my motor gets back together. thinking Maxis or IRC, or ChenChing

I found this article to be interesting: Motorcycle Tire Sizes: WebBikeWorld. The guy (Rick K) goes on to put a 110/90 when the bike calls for a 90/90 in the front. Writes about his experience. He found something rather interesting about "true" tire sizes along the way.

If one were to put the Avon AM26 RoadRiders on the stock rims, would it be better to get the 90/90 front and the spec 90/90 on the rear, or try and increase the size proportionately to 100/90.

Front: 90/90 Rear: 90/90? or

Front: 90/90 Rear: 100/90?
