so i'm guessing if they're used ones it's still a good idea to check them out @ 500 but not to expect as much tension to be released as if they were new? (already stretched). thanks !

Where can we get the offset numbers?

Joe, get the offset from your wheels, or a spare set. Put a straight edge on the hub, and measure gap to rim. Flip wheel over and rereat. The difference in the 2 measurements is the offset.
