Front Sprocket

Post by Scottie » Sun Jul 06, 2008 10:47 pm

Hey, Gents,

I'm trying to find a front sprocket that will fit an early spline on my CL77.

Will a late sprocket fit on an early spline?

Rebel Sprockets doesn't list one, Sprocket Specialists has one for a CB77, and not sure if there are early and late on the CBs.

Scottie, the later spline will fit early, and cb77 is the same. I've ordered a few sets from sprocket specialties. thay make a nice aluminum rear, in just about as many different number of teeth you could want.

Thanks, Davo

My front and rear sprockets are shot, and I want to do them both. On the rear I'm think I'm going with a 32, and either Rebel or Sprocket Specialties can do them. I haven't talked to Rebel, but they don't show a CB77 front.

Thanks!

Good to know!

I had some time before I left work, and I ordered the set from Sprocket Specialists.

They are slightly higher than Rebel, but I'm tired of looking. Time to order and get riding!

Thanks!
