I was in True Value Hardware the other day and found these rubber stoppers in the nut and bolt section. They cost a grand total of 17 cents each so I went all out and bought four. The side panels on my ugly CL77 have been noisy for quite awhile since the original rubber bumpers probably deteriorated and dropped off around 1972. With a little shaping on the grinder and a quick cut groove with the exacto knife, them seem to do the trick. Just FYI for anyone interested.
