I'm doing a frame up restoration on a '67 Honda CL77 and as part of this build I plan to install a new Sparck combo regulator-rectifier. After inspecting the original rectifier and how it is installed, I'm a bit stumped on how to go about installing the new combo unit as they are quite different (see photo - original rectifier is on the left and the Sparck combo unit is on the right). The Sparck unit will not easily mount under the battery box, so I'm not sure how best to proceed as space is limited in this area. I know many of you must have faced a similar challenge, so I would greatly appreciate any successful suggestions. Pics of your solution are always appreciated as I'm a visual guy. Also, any advice on how to wire the Sparck unit? Thanks in advance for your help!
