The parts finally arrived in the UK after the Custom's people had taken their cut and my next door neighbour held them hostage for 24 hours.

Stil a bit jet-lagged so I've not made a proper assessment, but it looks like I have a Nova selector and drum, compared with the earlier pictures in this thread.



I'll get it into a case later and see how it all works. Many thanks again to Brian and Rich.

After a lot of searching, tweaking and making / modifying a couple of parts, I finally managed to complete this 5-speed gearbox.

Parts have come from several countries over a period of 5+ years and I have had clues, help and parts from numerous friends & acquaintances.



I had to make a new '14 mm' bush out of bronze and I just could not find a third selector fork so I set about modifying a standard version by thinning it down, welding up and re-cutting the thread to shift the position of the forks.
