These tiny bolts appear to be brass, most are not unscrewing off the nut, and it appears that the entire bolt and nut are turning when I try to remove them. I sprayed some WD40 on them before I started. I cannot begin my seat cover replacement until the stainless piece is removed. Anybody come up with a trick to get these off?
I can only imagine the challenge to reinstall this part! Thanks.
Removing small bolts from stainless seat trim
Re: Removing small bolts from stainless seat trimI use a carbide disc on my air tool and grind the nut away.
I then use new screws washers and nuts. ...........lm
I hope I was of help. Glad you are happy how it came out. ...........lm
