Transmission ?:Non-existentant kickstart stop
Transmission ?:Non-existentant kickstart stopThis is the first 305 (67 Cl77) I have ever own and I jumped in head first restoring it. So basically I am wondering if anyone can shed some light as to why my wound kick start arm flies forward past what I would assume to be its normal resting place at the top of the kick stroke. Right now the the only thing stopping the arm from flying forward is the artificial stop of the right crank case. I have been studying the fiches and I can't seem to figure out if I missed installing the internal stop when I rebuilt the engine or what?
Thank for your help, Adam
Remove the case and the clutch. ...............lm
