The steering felt hard to turn right or left so i turned the damper to loosen it up it felt better. so as i was backing up the bike i noticed these bearing on the floor i guess they came from the steering damper.i haven't took the damper apart yet but if there are some missing where can i get replacements.I really didn't loosen it that much!help please

The damper doesn't have bearings. What did you loosen?

Sounds like the headstock/triple tree bearings are falling out.
Put the bike on the stand and try to pull the wheel forward if there's movement and clunking noises that's possibly/probably what it is.

No, I'm telling you that the steering damper has no bearings. The steering stem has the ball bearings. Did you loosen the stem nut? You need to look at a parts diagram.
