Carb. needle settings

Post by sstaylor » Sun Jul 30, 2006 9:48 pm

I have rebuilt and re-installed the carbs on my '67 CB77. Now I need some help with adjusting the needles. What should they be set to from fully closed?

TIA,
Scott

I know on the CA77 single carb unit you should start with the air screw at 3/4 to 1 1/4 turns out from closed.Idle screw set until it just starts to touch /move the slide. There is a set up procedure for these here on this site somewhere in the FAQ's section I believe that is of more help for the CB's and CL's.
