still nothing, is there any special socket or tool? Or recommendations on how to cut it off. Really have run out of options on this one.

I , like LM use a flat chisel to remove this nut. Are you turning it in the right direction, counter clockwise? Is the crank spinning when you hit the nut. You can wedge a penny between the primary chain and sprocket to lock up crank. Pennies are copper, and much softer metal . Another trick to try is get a socket that is larger than the shaft, but smaller than the nut. Place it on the nut, and give a couple of good sharp blows with a hammer, then try the chisel again. This trick works well on any frozen bolt. Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

it took an air chisel to finally work this thing loose, never in my life have I seen an air chisel take two minutes. Thank to everyone's help
