As you know I am away from home until 8th Sept but I have looked through your thread and your project is very interesting. I'll be happy to help with general advice and will find you a lower case with tensioner hardware. I may be able to help with the other parts too. As well as the early '61 bike I have the potential to build a couple of '62s but only want to do one. The more patient you are the less money you will spend. I would happily arm-wrestle you (and probably lose) for your front fender.... :-) I think (but maybe I'm wrong) that your rear shocks should have steel uppers on them.
