I cant accurately measure all areas in the cylinder as I dont have a micrometer, however, my digital caliper allows me to measure 1/4 inch from the top and bottom of the cylinder. My results are as follow:

If you're wondering, thats jb weld sealing my stator coils from the environment. Seems to be working just fine after 3 years, bench test shows under 2 ohms comparing brown and pink/ brown and yellow.

Before completely patching the engine up, my memory kicked in:

Im used to the crankshaft being almost spring loaded (compression stroke?) at TDC making it damn near impossible to hold at T without a rigged wrench. This time, this spring loaded feeling is 180 degrees off at LTDC.

My cam sprocket mark is pointed up, the line on the points cam is pointed up, and my crank is at at T before installing the cam chain. Am i missing something?

Didn't touch them. The head was fine before the teardown.

Must have been some job to get the chain on the sprocket.
You didn't get the same "T" as you came around?. .......lm
