Well what can I say, I was just about to start some tin-bashing when I received a PM from one of our members offering me a set of mudguard/fender stays, these would have been a big challenge for me to make them & I anticipated several attempts!!
Of course I accepted, but our friend would NOT accept any reimbursement, you know who you are, so THANK YOU very much once again. So, realising my 'first-fit' was a bit out, I spent the day fettling/tweaking the fit, & ended up with something similar to all the pics on the web. Feel free to tell me if its still 'off' & i'll try harder!! Next jobs will be the chain guard, once I've sorted some card for templates, & then that little 'tail' at the rear, I might have a go at rubber-casting that.
