The photos show 2 issues of tensioner.
One (left) is the first issue with the set bolt on the left side. (first issue) But has the third issue spring and tensioner bar.
Right came along at engine number 105099. (issue 3)
You can see the set nut is on the right side and angled down a bit.
There is a third issue (issue 2) with the set bolt on the right and used the large aluminum mount.
The parts book doesn't show where it started but it does show the last as 1050998
The parts you refer to are not a replacement for the tensioner wheel. (HONDA didn't supply a replacement for that part).
They are the cam chain guide roller. ................lm

The wheel on my cam chain tensioner is quite worn and I see a couple of E-Bay listings for just the rubber wheel.
It does not look as if Honda designed it to be replaceable. Have people successfully done this?
