4th gear not thereWoody
You're in a much better position to find the answer to that question than I am...... I rarely perform miracles, let alone at 3000 miles away.... :-) You're going to have to look inside my friend. G '60 C77 '60 C72 '62 C72 Dream '63 CL72

Can anyone tell me what the correct size forward drive sprocket I should be running on this 1966 305 scrambler? I know it has the shallow splines. Also what size sprocket belongs on the back? Anyone know where to locate these sprockets? I have read that the shallow forward sprockets are hard to find. Thanks Woody
A 15 tooth front and as you have a CL77 a 37 rear.
I may have the front. ............lm

Depending on what sprockets you can find to purchase, 17/40 will give you a slightly higher gearing than 15/37. 16/40 will get you near standard gearing with non standard sprockets. 17 / 40 = 0.425 16 / 40 = 0.400 15 / 37 = 0.405 G '60 C77 '60 C72 '62 C72 Dream '63 CL72
