Received an email on June 5th as follows:

Sorry Tom,
We expected to have all the rotors at the same time as the new ignitions. However, the rotors for the 175s were delayed. We will be sending you your new ignition next week. I will send you a tracking number as soon as we ship it.
Thanks!
Toast / CP

I have not yet received it nor had any more contact. Seeing that three "next week"s have come and gone I'm not impressed.

I just found this in my spam folder, so they did contact me as of July 3rd :

Hi Tom,
Just wanted to update you re: your electronic ignition. We have been assured that we will have rotors for the CL175 next week. As soon as we receive them we will send you one, along with your new ignition!
Thank you again for your patience. We are looking forward to the day you can enjoy this upgrade!
Sincerely,
Toast / Charlie's Place

Should be getting something soon

I received my ignition today and the problems keep coming. The ID of the trigger that slips over my stock CB175 advancer is too large. The trigger ID is 16mm and the OD on my NOS stock advancer is 15mm. That is too large of a difference and is not acceptable for proper function and accurate timing. I await their reply to my email.

I did receive a prompt reply

Tom,
This was a random problem. Yes, you are correct, the rotor is the wrong size. We have each part made by different people and unfortunately these rotors were made wrong. Sorry for this annoyance. You will be receiving the correct rotor very soon. We will let you know exactly when.
Thank you,
-Charlie's Place

Wouldn't you think that after having all the previous issues they would have QC'd the replacements for all the patient souls a little better?

They appear to be in 'panic mode'

My CB77 Chalies electronic ignition has arrived after some 7 months waiting at the moment I have not fitted it as the engine is under restoration (after it had so called been restored by some one else) will report back when I have it fitted.
