riveted cam chains

Post by sprocket » Wed Jan 15, 2014 1:07 pm

Can someone recommend a riveting tool to for cam chains? Does anyone have one that they would be willing to loan out on a "you break it you buy it" basis? Thanks for your time!

Les Barker told me how to modify a $15 harbor freight bolt cutter into a chain riveter. works like a champ. check his web site for a phone # and give him a call "vintage advantage" he will also sell you the chain you need.
Good luck
Randy
