Well you could learn to use Google and find out for yourself. Here is the first item in a Google search for Honda CL77 Specs.

Hello
Thank`s,but I think how to use Google!!.I know all these pages, that`s not what I`m looking for! This is nothing offical.
The TÜV in Germany accepts the owners manual, but this manual says nothing about top speed and exhaust noise!
So,it must be something original from Honda or a document you`l get when you ride your bike on the road!

This was the 60's - I doubt you are going to find much on noise or top speed.

Noise regulations came much later...

I have never seen Honda publish top speed on anything

Hello
This bike came without any papers,to get it back on the road the german TÜV want`s to know all these Spec`s.
I`ve got the owners manual of the CL77 and it say`s nothing about top speed!!
They also want to know how noisy this bike is!!
So I think I`ve to write to Honda directly.

Thank`s and have nice holidays!!
Achim.

You may be able to find that these "rules" apply to modern machines. If you can prove the age of the bike you may get an easier set of regulations...
