Coker has been selling new Firestone Deluxe Champion tires for years. Bought some blackwalls for my 1941 Harley WLD some years back - same tread pattern as shown above, but new tires - not antiques.

Looks like these they have might do for those looking for 3.25-16 whitewalls:

The zigzag design of the tires is certainly dated and lacks the improvements of modern tire tread design, but then, I don't drive on wet or slick roads where I need those characteristics.

I just put Corker Firestone tires on my dream. I think they look great and I'm old and don't try to ride too hard :)

This is my first post. I had a 305 Dream from 1969-1974. I ran it on 3.50x16 tires and they worked very well.Image

That's a nice looking bike..I restored a CB350 for my son and used that type of mufflers..I was wondering if you remember where you found them for your Dream?

I just bought a set like those from jc whitney. The chrome is very nice and they seem like a quality part.

Firestone tires 3.25 16 & tubes bw

Post by Arnoldbenz » Fri Mar 29, 2013 3:13 pm

I was looking on the Net last night a found a place in SO California that has the Firestone tire in stock for only $34.00 BW free shipping 13.95 box fee. They are performanceplustire.com . Never tried them before but placed my order today as it was the same tire cheaper than ebay seller the inner tubes are only 14.95 each. I will paint my own white walls when they arrive with oil base paint. Just thought I would pass this great price along to all. Update 6-17-14 -The phone # is 888-926-2689 they are in Long Beach CA. As of today they have Goodyear tires 300-16.

Fairly old thread, I know, and I apologize. But, since it was near the top, does anyone have a reputable source for whitewalls? Cheaper is better, of course, but I'm not overly stressed about the cost. Just trying to help out a friend that specifically requested that whitewalls stay on the bike...
