CA77/72 Leg Shields

Post by conbs » Sat Mar 17, 2012 4:09 pm

Anyone have parts for Dream Leg Shields that they would part with for a reasonable price. Condition is not important at all to me. Even "parts' of parts are of interest. PM me.

I already have lower brackets and the bolts that go in the engine for both sides.

Thanks.

Anybody? How about for an unreasonable price? Would someone rent them to me?

Hi,

You could use a C50 step trough leg shield and cut it into pieces.
Just a thought, at least I'm gonna try it,

C50 leg shield

Thanks, Jensen. I had seen those and wondered about trying to cut them apart. Perhaps we can compare notes on the experience.

I would also like to get ahold of the big metal bar that mounts to the head/frame. I do have a lot of pictures and could fabricate one, but it would be nice to save all that time and effort by having a pattern.

I am putting new leg shields on my bike, and will have the old brackets that come off. You could measure/copy off those, or maybe buy them, but I'm not sure how you'd get the plastic shields....
