Dreams kick normally.....Hawks kick "backwards" to the front, extra gear needed to change direction?

Got it. I never saw a second gear in any of the pics so there was my confusion.

It started right up!

Idling solid at 900, very nice.

But then I got on to ride, and it is bogging down a little below 3000. Not horrible, but noticable.

You hit the throttle and you accelerate some, but then there is a noticable kick in of power once you get the RPMs up.

I am terrified my springs are too tight and it is advancing late.

Gonna do the timing and see what happens. I assume the timing must have changed with the springs being changed.

Or maybe I need some tuning of the carbs.

Well, at least someone can learn from me.

I overdid the springs, and it doesnt advance until 5000.

Hits 5000 and take off like crazy.
