Weird ebay experience...

I've had this happen and found the same part on ebay a few weeks later for bids by the same person. I think they have friends that run the bid up and, if you don't win they repost.

I've had multiple items and sold them that way. If the winning bidder backs out, ebay will only do the second chance offer on the next highest bid (ignoring the high bid). I think it's legit. Paul

Only problem with doing that is they would have to pay the ebay selling fee's.
