Key... what do I have and how do I get a Honda key the same?

Anyone know what key this is and where I can get a replacement Honda key? Ignition lock says NB with 3 digits after that.

If there is a local locksmith that's been around a long time, he may have some old blanks he can cut for you. That's how I got my spare key.
