Yes, they didn't prep the original paint before painting over it, I used laquer thinner and steel wool. The factory paint didn't get cut with the thinner. I guess it was lucky for me the PO did a half butt job painting. I figured I would find a dent with filler or some reason they painted it but there was nothing. IMG_3276 by dan.atsma, on Flickr Toad
