I was just browsing ebay and found this tool for 60's triumphs. I would think it will work for Honda's as well.
Just thought I'd bring it up.

Just sent a question to the seller asking max and min distance between the pins and pin diameter to see if they will fit our housings.

You could try some of the other guys on there. I saw a few different ones on ebay.
